Classic BMW

The buying experience, both in-person and virtually, was exceptional. Throughout the process, there was no pressure to buy, and only assistance to better understand, and feel comfortable about, buying a certified BMW (I have owned one particular competitor's product for nearly 23 years; this is my very first BMW). The car is fantastic and is arguably the best driving car I have ever purchased.

This was a first rate buying experience. I have purchased several other cars from Classic, which is why I went back. The process was smooth, the sales professional was very professional and knowledgeable providing me with all I wanted to know and what I needed to know about the product and the process. There was a little glitch from the manufacturing side but Classic Mini stepped up and made sure it had minimum impact on me or my buying experience. Thank you for that customer focus.

As someone who has owned BMW's previously, I knew exactly what I wanted. I tried our local BMW dealer and did not even get a return call. I called other dealerships as far away as CA, (I'm from PA) but no one could get me the vehicle with the colors and options I wanted in a new build. When I called Classic and spoke to Nick, the new vehicle sales manager, he immediately went to work and quickly sourced my exact specifications. Great experience. Straightforward deal quick and easy. Took delivery yesterday and could not be more pleased.

We purchased a used car for my son and had it shipped to Fr. Lauderdale from Cleveland. Stacie was incredible from beginning to end and handled all of the details making it completely stress-free. The vehicle was perfect and just as we expected! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Excellent, friendly service business who go above and beyond!

Very disappointed with my last service trip here. Being a regular here the service typically isn’t great but not terrible. Brought my M550i in for a drivetrain malfunction and the only car they could give me as a loaner was a mini cooper. It wasn’t the worst car ever but was far from what I drive on the regular. And the best part was the first loaner they gave me had the same problem as mine! It’s like this problem was haunting me. They gave me another mini cooper after I got rid of this one and the car had no gas in it. Once I received my car back a couple days later they didn’t even wash or clean it at all and the mechanic left my interior a mess. The best part was I had to pay $700 for a software update that didn’t fix my problem! I think I’ll be taking my talents to BMW in Solon from now on!

Was in the market for a new Mini and I sure went to the right place! Zach was able to get everything taken care of very quickly and painlessly, very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. The finance manager even chipped in because I had a work emergency to get me out the door in record time. Nothing bad to say about them, highly recommended!

I purchased a pre-owned BMW from Classic BMW and could not be more happy with the experience. I did a cold call at the dealership and met salesman James Fleming. I was looking for a convertible I had seen online. He mentioned that the car was being detailed, however to give him ten minutes to have it delivered. Ten minutes later I was test driving the car that had clearly not been cleaned. James gave me the keys, quick tutorial on how it works and let me off. I truly appreciated having the car without a salesman sitting next to me. I was gone for about an hour testing and looking over every inch of the car. When I returned I said I would like to buy it. James said to give him a week to clean it up. When I returned a week later the car had new brakes and rotors installed, suspension repaired and James said they still owed me repairs of door dings and wheel scrapes. Total repairs costing well over $2,000 and not charged to me. I feel I paid a fair price for my car and was offered a fair price for my trade in. I did not expect all of these repairs on a car that was already purchased. I expected to receive the car as is. Classic BMW provides loaner cars when your car is in the shop. I expected an old used car, but no, they give brand new BMW's as loaners, another pleasant surprise! I highly recommend Classic BMW for your next car purchase.
